TJP I Live Here T Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 15,358 Omaha Ne	The issue is, the shock mounts (especially the uppers) are not designed to support the weight of the car only actuate an oil filled shock. I have repaired many upper shock mounts in the last 20 years due to wat you wish to do. but hey it's your car www.tandmautomotive-omaha.com
