If you're using an ad-blocker that could be why. The one that I use simply blocks the ads but the space where the ad would be isn't always there at first and then it seems like the page is kicked down and a blank box where the ad would be is there. If you click on a post link before the whole page loads you end up clicking on the wrong link even though it looked like you were clickimg on what you wanted to see.
