I haven't had any more trouble out of my strokers than I have out of my stock stroke builds. I have an Ohio Crank 499" that I have beat the heck out of for 12 years or so now. Both on the street and on the track. It has ran a best of 6.85@103 in a primarily street car, so it makes some steam. I have a 540 Hemi in the Cuda now and had a 505 Hemi in the Dart. All have been very good to me although I haven't really returned the favor, because I have beat on them.

IMHO, the key is the quality of the parts and attention to detail, not the cubic inch.
