It could definitely use a better converter. A stock Hemi spec converter at a minimum should be a good compromise for your intended application.

It should make more steam than a stock 383 and they never had any problems wearing out rear tires in a Roadrunner so check and correct the basics and it should do OK.

I verified TDC several times, i thought the balancer had slipped. It hadn't.
The cam is degreed in, I tried 3 different attempts with it and no difference in performance. The cam was built custom spec'd out for forced induction. However plans changed and it is no longer going to be force inducted.
