Those front and rear baffles are critical for helping the oil stay in the sump during acceleration (rear baffle) and deceleration (front baffle). Pan would better yet with side baffles for cornering oil control.

To my knowledge of BB oil pans, ONLY the six-pack and HEMI engines received those front and rear baffles... no other engines got them (sadly... too bad MaMopar didn't make the baffles a standard design... would save plenty of engines from oil starvation and premature bearing failure during performance driving).
