Yes, I do all the come thru my hands, plenty of material to tap 10-32, the outer two are fine with set screws. If you want to use regular bleeds you have to offset mill the hole before tapping to allow enough room for the heads. Otherwise you can use headed bleeds in one of the two, setscrews in the other. On two circuit conversions I may do that and just plug the outside with a set screw. 10-32 x 3/16 brass from McMaster-Carr, tap 5.5 turns with a bottoming tap you can also get from McMaster. I use a spiral flute tap, they eject the material better.
