They change ownership back in the early 2000s, Dominic, ThumperDart, used some of their new parts in 2005 or so after the new owners made all of their parts a lot better quality and they are very good now
I use to use Fibreglass Trends until the second owner past on and when his Son took over it started downhill until I quit buying their parts in the late 1990s
