My infolinks got smaller and bottom of page so I got used to just ignoring it. I can't download adblocker on my work PC and not sure what to do with Safari on my ipads at home, and I just got used to ignoring it so wasn't motivated enough to chase down a solution.
However, now infolinks has become more irritating, I open a page here, and then the page will scroll as the infolink loads. Really bad when I go to log in here, I type in my name and when I go to type in the password box, the screen scrolls up and in the split second it takes to line up in the password box and click, it scrolls and I'm clicking in the banner ads above instead and often I hit one and it opens.
This issue just started a few weeks ago.
