Yeah I don't have any interest in owning a Tesla since the dealer network is zilch and Musk is an azz hat so you know the customers will get the short end of the stick. But it is kind of fun watching them go crazy adding power to the cars. I'm sure it is going to go badly for some customers in the near future. The number of average drivers who can handle 1000 hp responsibly is zero. Most race car drivers never get their hands on 1000 hp much less people who only have a few hours of driving education from the gym teacher.
Its selectable power, and at the crazy levels the batteries don't last long at all, most will be left in regular mode IMO, some owners (possibly most) won't even use max power mode ever.
