My go-to order at McD's was 3 double cheeseburgers, 3 large fries, large shake. I'd have that a few times a week.

I was 165-170 for about 5 years. Started losing weight in 2008, got down to 162 within a year. Eventually burned out on the work required to maintain that weight, plus I was extremely tired all of the time. In 2014, I started to put healthy weight back on by design, got to 190, and have been there ever since. I eat right, and work out a lot, and I'm in better shape than most people half my age.
