No i didn’t. I did the intake and hood swap at the same time. The old hood had some sort of scoop? If so, I have to believe that some of the lost performance could attributed to that, and if the old hood was fiberglass, then the stock hood put some weight back on the car as well. Yes Dwayne....the hood had the large 5” sixpack scoop and i had it nicely sealed off underneath from any eng compartment air. The flat hood i put on is also fiberglass. But heavier version than the lighterweight liftoff one. 1.50 60Ft. , 10.75@ 127MPH Hauling 3900 LBS.
