Well, the interior slowed me way down. Took me 2 hrs just to gut the interior. Working the dent was maybe an hour.

I might buy a shrinking hammer to help with the high spots.

I'm thinking that while the truck is down for this repair, going ahead and (finally) swapping out the damaged drivers fender and core support (I have them already). I don't ever see the truck having a show car finish, but I would like to make it more presentable.
