Yep, there is a reason the cars are just sitting without getting worked on. Usually due to lack of funds, lack of knowledge, lack of time, lack of tools, or all of the above. Once a car has sat for a long time the odds of the owner suddenly getting up off the couch and working on it are slim to none.


There is also the hoarding mentality in some cases. They don't want to let them go, but are never going to do anything with them. Just gotta have 'em!
