i think the Ross 99496 might be the only piston for the 3.91"/6.76" combo in a low deck. the piston has 3.5cc dish and uses oil ring support rails.
I'd love to hear if anyone has experience with them.
I did a build back around 2003.
It worked well and had no problems. I went to a 4.25" stroke setup a few years later.

Installed 4 degrees advanced.
Block decked to 9.962" (spec 9.980")
