Flo is the most successful marketing campaign thus far in the current millennium. She and her "co-workers" still test off the charts, even after 12 years. In fact, that's why you see more commercials with other characters, her "co-workers." It reduces the direct exposure of Flo, which will lengthen the life of the ad campaign. Also, despite the "I won't buy insurance from them because of Flo" crowd, we seem to be doing just fine. We are crushing State Farm, Geico, etc. in profitability and growth, while increasing retention of current customers. laugh2

Stephanie Courtney's Flo contract is very lucrative. In fact, her personal appearance fee in her contract is so high that most of our business units don't actually have her do appearances at their units' company events, because her appearance fee would come out of that unit's budget.

As far as interviews and such, she takes acting roles, comedy gigs (she's a stand-up comedienne), etc., but any appearances as Flo have to be approved by Prog, since we own the character, and our marketing people are very, very selective about that.
