What is the model on the lower right corner of the unit such as RER, RHB, etc? Replacement factory units/repaired units are available. The CD's in the glove box are updates but they won't help a non-functioning unit.

I have a smart phone with nav function but I much prefer the in-dash nav...bigger screen, more functions.
