5th Ave, I have found a number of places that offer refurbished factory radios. They are a bit more than the cheap aftermarket radios, but are not as much as really good head units, and they will just swap out and look right.
The factory prices for original units are crazy high if they are even available. Of course, the older radios are still not as good as more modern stuff and the shortcuts designed into them (like the sticking CD gears) are still there on a refurb.
