I filed my taxes early February, paid my state and local, got my federal money in a few weeks.

At the same time I also filed for regional taxes, got a letter stating that after review I overpaid and was owed a refund.

Still haven't seen that but the regional agency has been doing radio commercials telling everyone that they have extended their filing deadline. I'm guessing that they were completely shut down for a couple months and I expect my refund in the next couple weeks.
