Hi I'm restoring a 1970 cuda 440, I am converting the front to disc breaks, I just want to know if anyone can tell my how many valves I need, what they are called and if anyone has any pictures of where they are located.

Between the FSM and a Master Parts Book you should be able to get a really good idea of how your car was equipped. I'd recommend always referring back to those two books during the restoration since aftermarket parts vary and descriptions are rarely correct.
