CR will also be a factor, but I like the Lunati #s, with the additional lift and wider LC. I wouldn't run more than 9.5:1 with iron heads, though, with any of those 3. There are 2 340 cams, the 4-speed cam in '68 was a bit stronger. Either 340 or 360 would work.
