Got a call today from a regional manger this morning. Nice guy. He seemed genuinely concerned. It just kinda sucked that he caught me while I was at work, I was a little distracted.

While it'll probably end up being gift cards, he said to watch my mail because he would be sending something to more than make up for our inconvenience.
