I have always loved seeing a big orange oval air cleaner on top of a Mopar engine. I picked up a lid from Indy and I'm thinking about picking up a base. I know that the filters are expensive and that the K&N don't fit well.

This will go on my 72 Cuda which is basically a hot rod with a lift off 6 pack hood. Clearance won't be a problem.

The car is a 4 speed with a Victor intake so there is no problem with the kick down linkage hitting, perhaps just the throttle cable.

The question is should I look for one from a 440 or a 383?
