The main issue would seem to be how much ill will with attendees that would generate. I would guess anything less then a weeks cancellation notice would be a negative.

No reason to cancel early, unless postponing.


Their problem is availability of the park. They have to compete for times throughout the spring and fall for use of the park. Goodguys in Ft Worth was canceled the day before it was scheduled. I’m sure there were some unhappy campers.
