Still removing headlights I think 45 minutes max and making it with calm.

Now I didn't considered the bulkhead job which on an A Body could take maybe couple of hours since is not comfortable. Depending on how deep is the job. Replacing terminals? Just replacing the bulkhead housing? Terminals usually can be simply cleaned. Just degrease it ( any solvent and brush ), sink it in vinegar with a bit of salt to remove rusty and sulfates on terminals ( that greenish stuff sometimes appears ) for a couple of hours, then on baking soda to beat the rest of acids of vinegar. This full process could take 3 to 4 hours if cleaning. If replacing terminals maybe just 2 hours depending on your tools and skills.

I would preffer keep the original terminals. The factory crimping is way better than any crimp job made at home still with the right tools.
