Using a ready made replacement that is true to the 66 Barracuda, MAYBE 1 hour. But maybe 1.5 if the old one is wrapped around Air Conditioner plumbing.

You can get new Bulkhead connectores off Ebay too so if the female side is bad just replace it.

For my son's 74 D200 I made a total new one with some power relays and wire gauge upgrades and it took me two days. But I added 2 relays for the headlights, 1 horn relay, 2 fan controller relays and a Fog light relay.
