Checked stem to guide clearance on these Victor heads, best as I could.
My first time using this Swiss Etalon mic, which is probably about as old as I am.

Anyway it seems like Edelbrock did a nice job.
The intakes are all in the .0011 to .0014 range.
The exhaust are all in the .0034 to .0035 range.
This seems safely loose enough.

Moved on to spring selection and went and backordered what I need.
A friend of many decades from Oregon, originally met here on the first incarnation of the board way back when, helped me out with retainers and spring cups
so that was all set, and I was locked into a 1.550 OD spring probably a year ago.
Leaned something- K motion 7320 and Comp 732: exact same retainer. Probably come from the same supplier.

I will be running a mild .640 (gross) street roller fairly close in specs to what I have in my current wedge engine
and was tempted to use close to the same components as the Wedge, but these heavy iron hemi rocker arms + the comments of pros
pointed me towards adding some spring load, so I added about 73lbs open pressure (on paper) to
what I had in the wedge engine.

Seems kind of old fashioned but I might hand lap the valves just to have a look at that interface.
If there is an issue, maybe it will be visible in the lap line (or not).
