Very interesting about the rounded off rectangular steering wheel. For a fact in Nor Cal in 1983 I had a red w/ white trim Dart Phoenix (believe 383) with white / red interior with the squared off rectangle steering wheel. It was somewhat odd and difficult to drive on curvy roads. It's etched in my mind and is identical to the blue one you posted, yet was red and clear. Kind of wished I kept that car as it was probably the most outlandish styling I've seen, and huge also.
i have two of those rectangle wheels hanging in my garage, but they aren't the colored/chear version[s].
both are black. one is from a 60 imperial, and the other is from a 64 300.
they do take a bit to get used to when going down the road.
