I really like the self learning efi systems. I will do one again when money allows. The last one I did, I had it plumbed like a carb. The return line was off the universal regulator down on the frame rail, and I dead headed it up to the Throttle body....Aeromotive A1000 pump and their universal regulator.

This allowed my to swap the spring in the regulator and go right back to a carb in less than an hour. All my brackets and such fit the throttle body and the carb.....It came in real handy one time the efi quit and I had to send it back to have it fixed.

So I would go efi, and carry the spring for the regulator and the carb with me as back up.
