Have to wonder if the outside handles from the 39-47 Dodge trucks would work. A lot of truck stuff was 1st installed a few years after the parts were used on cars.

www.vintagepowerwagon.com also shows regular outside door handles for the same era trucks with both locks and non-lock handles. I'd bought a set of door handles with locks for a 27-29 Ford, and other then the handle being set at 90 degrees from the lock, they would have worked. If you might be interested in the pair of Ford handles with locks, I have a pair I wouldn't mind parting with (one has been slightly modified). Gene
