My choke was covering the whole top of the center carb. It is there.
But a question. If I let the car sit for over a week it will not start without pouring gas down the center carb. The carbs were rebuilt and done to factory specs and the car idles, runs and revs perfectly.
The squirters seems to be working fine. How can I fix this problem? I was thinking check valve is stuck. Car does sit for a long period of time.

With the engine off, and the throttle on the plastic high idle, is there a gap between the rubber stopper and the opening on the top of the float bowl? If so, gas could be evaporating out the vent. On an OTB Holley center I had to do quite a bit of bending to that arm to get it right. Could be making the issue even worse if center float bowls are set low.

I'm going to check that tomorrow.
I never checked them after they were restored. Hopefully they were set right.
