I had the same problem with my Cuda headliner. I used heavily diluted, "Elmers" white glue. I put it in a sprayed the area with a spray bottle with water in it. I got the area pretty wet. The I brushed on several coats of the, glue. It worked but I was not impressed with overall result. I thought there was a company repo these,
