Hey, I have one that looks something like that!
The good news is 51 & 52 were among the highest production Dodge trucks built until the 1994 came out! There are a lot of them still out there. Finding a set of front fenders that are not rotted out at the fender bracket near the door may be a different story, but those places are not hard to fix. The front fenders are the same 48-53, and the nose piece interchanges 48-53, but the grill opening is a different configuration different years. Big trucks use the same nose, but different fenders (3/4 ton & up) I believe the doors are all the same reguardless of size, 48-53.
A 54 is a different critter with different body locations on the fenders, nose, and doors. Gene
