One of the local ex ,Mopar drag racers (he retried due to health reasons) had several of those blocks and had one split a cylinder wall bore out to 4.500, he ran several of the same blocks at 4.440 and didn't have any cylinder wall failures at that size work

One of my customers bought one of the early Hemi Mega blocks rough bored to 4.180, he wanted it to make it into a pump gas blown Hemi motor with a 10-71 roots blower with two big Dominator blower carbs, I had it sonic tested first and we decided to bore it to 4,25 and increase the stroke from 3.75o to 4.375 to get more C.I. work
On your deal I would leave at least .200 wall thickness for future builds to start with up
