I’d bullet nose the guides.
Don’t go nuts though.
It’s easy and there’s no water there.
This is what I started with on the 346 head above:
I didn't get a ton of time to work on them today but I did get 12 of the bosses bullet nosed and also cleaned up the exhaust ports a bit. Although I wasn't sure initially about working the guide bosses, I'm glad I did it. You can really see a difference in the port opening after the fact. Hopefully I'll get some free time after work this week to finish them up. Anyhow, thanks for the push. I appreciate it.
