I was taught back a lot of years ago in a service station when mounting tires with tubes to always inflate the tube so it has around 10.Lbs. of pressure and let it go completely flat at least once to get the wrinkles out of the tube before final inflation to the pressures wanted
On all the race tubes I do that at least twice to insure no wrinkles after finding one 9x30 race tube in my old stocker with bad wrinkle in it when installing new tires, luckily it didn't ruin the tube
