saw that many times back in my teenage years working part time at the tire shop that was exactly 1/4 mile from my house. both drag racers and dirt burners. also truck tubes. now days, i have seen that frequently on these cheap-o chinesium hand carts ! instead of a "patch" being ripped off, the tube is "bonded" to the valve stem, and the stem pulls OUT of the tube. hard to believe something like this happens, eh ?
