FCA has never really said how much stronger the BGE block is, they've just provided bits of information for mag and tech articles, stating it's been strengthened here and there.

I have a brand new Hellcat block (the orange one) I'm probably going to sell. I bought it to build, but then bought a Hellcrate engine when they came out. Really don't have use for the bare block now.

After 2016 they are the same block,(different colors) the 6.4 blocks have a thinner cylinder casting and they don't have the ribs joining the bottom of the cylinders together in the water jacket.

I don't know about the 6.4 blocks but I've seen BGEs go well in to the high 1400hp. My Hennessy Demon is just over 1100 at the wheels and has about 6500 mile on the build.
