I'd understand it if someone is trying to blow the crank out of the pan. Now that is funny you say that.....I just had this discussion with 440Source.....Was going to buy their kit minus the pistons with the light weight crank option and balance everything at our shop....Its 6lbs lighter. I have one in my 400/512. They told me, the heavier crank would be better at surviving 1000hp than the lighter one......I am pretty good at tuning an NA setup, but I have never tuned a blow thru deal, so, If I pony up the $7k for an F2 kit, this will be a first for me....But I am looking forward to doing what it seesm the entire rest of the country has been doing for a decade.
