Sorry for the long hiatus. I decided to just have the shop (TX) look at. I'm not sure of the details but they did determine they made a mistake and it needed a teardown for diagnostics and repair. I didnt have enough time for them to do the job since I was moving out of state so they covered the cost for a shop here in WI to do a rebuild. When the car is finished I will ask about the details and let you guys know where the problem was.
