Check the 033 radiator for the clips that the screws would secure the shroud too. It may or may not have had one, but if the clips are there then it is a good bet it had the 614 shroud. I have plenty of original parts for that car, lots of battery trays laying around. PM me a list, I may let go one of my original dash pads...
