Go to Ray Barton or Dwayne. They have tons of real world experience and can get you where you want to be.

Your buddy's combo is very close to mine. 540", MP heads ported by MCH, 250*FTS cam. Reciprocating assembly and cam were from Ray Barton. Thumper did my Dominator. It made 697HP on the engine dyno during break-in and was pulling vacuum, so a bit more carb and we would have been over 700HP.

This combo idles and drives better than any of the 500+" wedges I have had. It is a pleasure to drive. I don't know who to give the most credit to, Ray Barton or Dominic (Thumper). So, bow to both. Thank you!
