They WERE in colors for 68-70 B-bodies; but it wouldn't surprise me if Chrysler went universal black for at least the E cars. Chrysler was notorious for squeezing every last penny they could out of production costs.
The style shown in the pictures is 1970 ONLY. They were different in 1969 and 1968. Deluxe aka C15 belts were available on all 1970 cars, A,B,C and E body.
