I'm debating on whether to order the TrickFlow 240's or the 270's with the Max wedge intake port. I have a set of mild CNC'd Edelbrocks on my 496 at the moment and they seem to do fine, but as always...there's always room for improvement..Right??!! So...if I'm on the right page here, I'm presuming that I would no longer be using the stock type intake gasket but would be going to a valley plate and paper gaskets.....and would it make any sense to take my Victor and port match it to the heads, or is there another manifold that I can still use and retain a 4150 style carb. I don't want to use a dominator if possible as I do some street driving too.
