I used just WD40 on the drivers side, but didnt even attempt to double check the turns in case this happens again. But what does everyone suggest I do about the current screwed up bolt? Right now im attempting to cut the sides of the block, and hope to slide the whole thing straight down, but using a dremel takes awhile. Any ideas?
If it was my car I'd pull the LCA out of there. It only takes about 30 minutes if you have the right tools. Get the car up in the air, knock the torsion bar out, disconnect the two bolt to the knuckle, unbolt the strut, remove the LCA pin nut and knock the whole thing out of the there. Then you can take the LCA to a shop and have them cut the old bolt and mount out of there. Shouldn't take too long with a saw or a torch.
