did you use any lube on the threads when you installed the adjuster bolts ?
if the bolt is bent, the only fix is to cut the bolt off next to the block, then replace both pieces.
it sounds like the threads are galled on both.
you "may" be able to heat the block enough to get the bolt to screw out, but they both need replaced just the same.
