It is supposed to be what Chrysler sells out of their parts department. The date code on this 2 ft. section is 0092 (1992?). Due to its age, I will not use it. I think the Gates 11/32 hose is the best option. I am leery of many reproduction hoses: heater, fuel, vapor, etc. The quality looks questionable. I usually buy Gates products and wipe off all the lettering with lacquer thinner, resulting in a nice nondescript hose. Sure, your minus the Pentastar, part number, date code, "KV", etc., but you have peace of mind.

I just installed that same hose on my 71 Bee last year

I also had it sitting in the attic for about ten years before installing

My 71 Bee still had the factory hose on it if you can believe that , well the numbers on the hose made me believe that and I have owned the car since 1984

Anyways , I guess I will look that hose over very soon when I pull the car out of winter hibernation within a month
