sam64 pro stock Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 1,285 okla.	I think the old rule is at least the diameter of the fastener thread engagement which would be 3/8".I would feel better with at least 1/2" myself.The only thing is some headers won't let you get a longer bolt in because of tight bends.
