Custom double adjustable are overkill and for his application probably not cost effective in terms of effect vs dollar spent. If he was trying to control 1.20+" Torsion bars, going on 100+ mph track days, autocross events, lower profile wide grippy tires, and trying for max handling performance, etc, etc. then a custom double adjustable would make more sense.
