Easiest way. Press the shaft and inner sleeve out from the rear. Tear the rubber out if it remains. Weld a 1/8" thick washer to the remaining outer shell of the bushing. Do not weld to the control arm itself. Then press the outer shell forward by pressing against the washer from the rear. Removing the outer shell by this method is far neater than trying to chisel it out. Chiseling it out will mar it up. Chisel the inner sleeve off the stud. If its subborn slice the sleeve slightly front to back with a cut off wheel. Press the bushing in from the front. Support the inner sleeve from the rear and press the stud in from the front. It's actully pretty easy.
