Not piling on, but the restocking fee sounds excessive?
Not everyone wants a science project when they buy a part.
If it's not what was expected, return (with reasonable fee) and look elsewhere.
I suspect there's more to the story than what we've heard. Likely the buyer bolted them to the blower and tried to make them work. Now wanting to return a "used" product with scratches and marring?
I just frown on the "millennial" approach of smearing crap all over the internet about it and now, here I sit, involving MYSELF in the crap frey. Geez...
